THE TOUR VAUBAN (CAMARET)

The Tour Vauban (Vauban tower), a unique example of military architecture, has stood guard over the cove of Camaret and Brest harbour for over 300 years.

Today, the tower built to guard the Armorique coastline, is a remarkable example of Vauban’s work in Brittany.

The Tour Vauban is also a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site.
