LANDEVENNEC

Landévennec is situated at the mouth of the Aulne and is well known for its peacefulness and mild climate.  The town is known mainly for its famous abbey which today is home to a Benedictine community.

Landevennec is a major European medieval archeological site by virtue of its Carolingian remains.  The old abbey can be visited all year round.  Workshops and late-night concerts are organised here during the summer season.
